Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Plants reported after 48 hours of delivery

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
