Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Marzzo is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier.
